We went for a site visit to check if the wall erected for the relocation of our main door. Apparently, it's not done yet. There seems to be a communication problem too, clear instructions and information is not being pass down during their absence. Seriously, we're very disappointed with their service and it seems that they do not have a sense of responsibility for this project. Hence, our main door measurement and fabrication of the fire-rated door have to be delay. Means no door until end Nov as Yon Tat have a fixed schedule on every Thursday to send the door for testing before delivery.

The air-con guy will be coming to fix up the piping tomorrow and no one will be there except us the house owner. Again, information did not pass down during their absence. The exact placement of the air-con was also not mention even we have ask Keith more than 3 times. I'm tired of pushing them for this and that, they need to learn to have accountability for all projects. I feel they need project management course.
