After visiting to house, we have a discussion with Keith regarding some of the pending stuff in the house but there's many other things that I need the information from him in terms of the materials.

We move on to select our main door, common door plus the handle/lever at Eunos Industrial and there's sorta a little act going on. Jave inform us we're allow to select all lever for the common door in the catalog but to our surprise we actually do have to top-up. Apparently there's some miscommunication btw Jave and the staff so basically base on the lever I selected they will have to top-up $120 for the mechanism. Well, I prefer them to settle this btw themselves but to delivery their promise to me(with my choice of level) or provide me with an alternative which is acceptable for me. Hence, this trip I selected all my doors and the lever and main door handle. This mini-scene, I'll leave it to them to update me again =)

Moving forward, we head KS Lightings at Upper Serangoon Road to check the electrical prices and to make a final decision either to engage them or Patrick. I have decided to go for Legrand Mallia switches for our house. Will update on the electrical again, just to share the switches for Legrand Millia.

Rushing off, we head to the main showroom for Lightings.com @ Jalan Besar to go for 1st round of lighting selection with Keith. We shortlisted the downlights, cove lights, wet kitchen lights but pending for dry and dining lights.. Gooshh.. all this lighting seriously cost a bomb.. Have not factor in the toiletries and kitchen stuff.. I wish to strike toto or 4D to take away the finances pain on our shoulders :(

Chop chop, we head to or final destination of the day at Hommage to look for sofa, dining tables + chairs, bar stools and outdoor furniture's. We shortlisted the sofa and dining tables on our previous visit and this time we make a deposit for the sofa and dining table. Fortunately, we do not have to confirm the fabrics for sofa at this moment, which mean Keith could select at a later stage so as to blend in with the whole feel & concept. Happy!!!

Hooo-hoo.. we confirm our purchase for the sofa and the dining table at the moment, will continue and hunt for more furniture's. =) Our estimated delivery date is ard mid Nov, hopefully the renovation is closed to 90% and we can start to move our stuff to the new house.
