Today is the day! It's our 1st appointment for our love nest in Ubi!

I can't wait for it to arrive, been house hunting since 2007, joining ballots & BTO but never have a good queue no. so we start looking at resale in 2007. During that time of time, we didn't get to purchase and flat since it's not to our liking and after my graduation we start the house hunting again! Been visiting a no. of lats 4A and a few 5I and finally we settle for this unit in UBI. Happy for us as this is a high floor corner unit, level 8.
We came in at the wrong timing as the housing price is really high and it gonna take a long time for the gov side built up new flats. However, we feel that we got it at good price! Most of the the COV is looking at 30k and low floor so we're kinda happy it's a high floor and corner plus we enjoy near the parents grant! Yippe!!! 40k grant!!!
Gonna get going.. will update on the procedures later ;p
